Inspired by Henri Cartier-Bresson
I would definitely say that my favourite style of photography is Black and White, although I have been able to take images using the monochrome settings on my camera. I prefer to take the photographs in full colour and then edit them. This keeps my options open for when I’m deciding on my final piece.
Cartier Bresson’s vintage look inspired me to edit this image to black and white.
I love this image! I am really pleased with the depth of field, the exposure and the camera angle. Sadly, in this case I think that the filter takes away the beautiful natural look in this image. In the edited image I noticed that the light shining through the trees had a stronger Bokeh effect than the original.
